Please read these terms carefully before using the 335bd platform. Your use of 335bd constitutes acceptance of all terms listed below.
Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 335bd platform and all related services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 335bd ("335bd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://335bd.vip and all associated gaming, betting and account services provided therein. By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 335bd platform and close your account. 335bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
335bd is an offshore online gaming and sports betting platform that operates independently of Bangladesh's domestic regulatory framework. 335bd provides its services to Bangladesh players on a best-efforts basis and does not hold, nor does it claim to hold, a licence issued by any Bangladesh domestic regulatory authority. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming activities is lawful in their jurisdiction. By using 335bd, you acknowledge that you have satisfied yourself on this point.
These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation of these Terms is provided, the English version shall take precedence in all cases of ambiguity or conflict between language versions. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Eligibility & Registration
You must meet all eligibility requirements before opening or using a 335bd account.
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service offered by 335bd. This is a strict requirement and is not subject to exception. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 335bd reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used to make the deposit, subject to KYC verification.
Registration Requirements
To register an account with 335bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each player may hold only one account. During registration and at any subsequent time, 335bd may require you to provide any or all of the following:
- A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID, passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement or similar document issued within the last three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the bKash, Nagad or bank account registered under your name)
- A selfie with your identity document where required by our compliance team
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in the restriction or closure of your account. 335bd will not be held liable for any loss of access to funds resulting from a failure to complete KYC verification. By registering, you also confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) and that the funds you intend to use on the platform are from a legitimate source.
Account Rules & Responsibilities
Each player is responsible for maintaining their account in compliance with these Terms.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active account on the 335bd platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 335bd reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts, withhold any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and void any bets placed while a duplicate account was active. Any balances on duplicate accounts may be consolidated into the original account at 335bd's sole discretion, or forfeited.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity. You must notify 335bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 335bd will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
Prohibited Account Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 335bd platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of all funds held in the account:
- Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated wagering intended to exploit platform promotions
- Using stolen, fraudulent or otherwise misappropriated payment credentials to fund your account
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any game software, RNG mechanism or security feature of the 335bd platform
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions at 335bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposits
Deposits to your 335bd account may be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank, subject to availability at the time of your deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no published maximum deposit limit; players wishing to make large deposits should contact [email protected] to confirm applicable limits for their account tier. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the account holder — are not permitted. Deposits funded from third-party methods may be returned and the account reviewed for compliance.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. 335bd reserves the right to request full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within two hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. 335bd reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
335bd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 335bd's control. All transactions on 335bd are denominated in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 335bd; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount that is credited to your balance.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus offers at 335bd are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply to each individual promotion.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses and promotional offers made available by 335bd are intended for recreational players. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, bonuses are available to players who have made at least one qualifying deposit and whose account is in good standing. 335bd reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by 335bd are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated to be cash bonuses with no rollover. The wagering requirement for any given bonus will be stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the bonus is offered. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Abuse
335bd actively monitors for bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account closure:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
- Placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent
- Using a bonus in conjunction with a betting strategy that guarantees a profit or minimises risk below the threshold intended by the promotion
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games on the 335bd platform operate under certified fair-play standards.
All slot games, table games and crash games available on the 335bd platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and Habanero. Each game operates according to the rules and RTP parameters set by the game provider. RTP figures displayed on game information pages are the certified published figures from the provider and have not been modified for the Bangladesh market. 335bd does not alter the rules, odds or RNG parameters of any third-party game.
Sports betting markets — including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers international matches — are operated by 335bd directly. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet slip confirmation has been issued, the odds and terms of that bet are fixed. 335bd reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or system error during a game or betting session, 335bd will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where a game result cannot be determined with certainty, the game round will be voided and any stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the player's account balance. 335bd's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final and binding.
Responsible Gaming
335bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player accounts.
Player Protection Tools
335bd provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be requested for periods of one week, one month, three months, six months or one year. All content on the 335bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software interfaces, game integrations and the selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 335bd or its content licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, selling, publishing, broadcasting or otherwise exploiting any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 335bd.
Third-party game provider content — including game graphics, audio, animations and rules — remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. 335bd is a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of third-party game content is subject to the intellectual property terms of the relevant game provider.
Limitation of Liability
335bd's liability to players is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 335bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising from or in connection with your use of the 335bd platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, even if 335bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 335bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
335bd provides the platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty, express or implied. 335bd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. This limitation of liability clause reflects a fair allocation of risk between 335bd and the player, and 335bd would not have made the platform available to you on these terms without this limitation.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 335bd is incorporated.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 335bd operates as an offshore entity. Nothing in these Terms shall prevent 335bd from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the 335bd platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected]. 335bd will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five business days of receipt. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter by contacting [email protected] in writing with a formal dispute notice. 335bd will acknowledge formal dispute notices within two business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen business days.
Amendments to These Terms
335bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with notice to registered players.
335bd may amend these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the platform. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or account eligibility — 335bd will provide notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven days before the revised Terms take effect. For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights), the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the 335bd platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any available balance.
